Lawn Service

Hello neighbors,

I realized not long ago that many Patios homeowners simply are unsure about what’s covered in the HOA’s lawn service. I wanted to send these notes along on just what’s included and what we consider are some key points for achieving the best lawn service experience.

1) The Lawn Service includes mowing, weed eating, edging driveways/ walkways and blowing leaves and debris from the front of unfenced homes, driveways, and streets in the community.

2) Lawn Service is not responsible for damage to sprinkler heads above the cut line and any movable objects like furniture, potted plants, ornamental lighting, or lawn decor. Also any plants put in the ground need to have protective bedding around them to prevent any unintentional damage.

3) Homeowners are responsible for maintaining their lawns, landscaping, and sprinklers. Any movable objects such as potted plants, landscape lighting, water hoses, outside furniture, etc. should be moved out of the yard prior to lawn service’s arrival to create proper access and prevent any unintentional damage.

4) Homeowners with fences please assure that your gate is in working order, unlocked, and able to move freely, so the lawn service can achieve access.

If you’re unsure about anything or if you have any questions please reach out.

Best,
Melissa Harmon
